I have this roommate who has a major addiction to masturbating. He sneaks off at night with my laptop and looks a porn sights and starts to masturbate, he does it like in the afternoons and nights. Sometimes he stays up late, waiting for me to sleep so that he can masturbate

You can’t help him if he does not help himself. I suggest you ask advise from your co-workers or friends. At least they would know what is really going on and they would not be surprised if they indeed find these porn sites in your laptop. Lock your laptop in your cabinet or SAFE! If nothing seems to work, share the laptop. In Windows XP, you can create another account for yourself. Better yet buy a new laptop and basically give him your old one. An addiction is quite difficult to cure if there is no support or someone to guide the person.
you can install netdog porn filter : on his computer, it will block porn quitely in the background when he’s on the computer.
First admit it’s you the one w/ the problem, buy him a laptop for himself! He’s the one who should be asking for help!
Hide your laptop, so he doesn’t take it. If you can have a priviate talk with him about it if you feel comfortable about it.
NEVER touch the private parts of your body except when going to the toilet or when washing them! Your genitals are dirty, nasty, evil, filthy parts of your body.
