The big question, does she want help with the problem? If she wants help, there are lots of options and treatment programs, your doctor can help with those. If she doesn’t want help, there is little anyone can do.
Look into finding drug rehab centers in or close to your town or city. Use the directory centered on your town and state. Inquire about free consultation on how to institute the rehabilitation process.
First of all you need to call the doctor or doctors prescribing her the medicine and tell them to stop. I would also try Narcon which helps people with drug abuse and they can refer you to someone who can help in your area.
Or maybe you can try a scare tactic!?! For instance: Try to find out some facts of,on or about persons that had been known of to have developed problems for the abusing of whichever substance !?! & show here the facts that you managed to get documents,statements,testimonials!?! Even an old news`paper ad might help you in your argument!?! & if possible get medical FACTS of persons that devoloped nearly life threatining problems do to excessive usage !?!
