<p>
I heard that you cannot stop a habit but must replace it with another one. I have found this to be very true. Starting when I was about 8 years old, I went to the gas station EVERY DAY and got a soda at least once. When I was 14, I replaced sipping soda with smoking. I smoked throughout the day and went to the store every day for a pack of cigarettes. Now that I (finally) quit smoking, I find that I go to get a Starbuck&#8217;s coffee every day, even though I can&#8217;t comfortably afford it. Anyone know what my strange series of addictions stems from or how I can overcome it? I&#8217;m tired of depending on outside things!</div>

I compulsively read my horoscope and believe it, even though I know it&#8217;s a bunch of crap.
Please tell me reasons why I need to stop reading my horoscope, and how I can break this habit.

In fact, my addiction may be checking mails and being hooked to the internet. Luckyly Not drugs, tobbaco or alcohol (or unfortunately?). Even this yahoo thing may be addictive! dont you think?</div>
