Like she never EVER puts it down for even a second. Every time I see her she’s looking down at her phone. She texts while she eats, goes to the bathroom (Eww!), when she’s in bed, on the computer, at school, on the bus, in church, at the movie theater, I mean thank God she’s not old enough to drive yet! That’s just a disaster waiting to happen. But what really annoys me the most is when she texts while I’m trying to talk to her. I’ll be telling her a story and she’ll get a text and totally space out into her phone then when she’s done she’ll say “Huh?” or “What did you say, I didn’t hear you?” It makes me mad because I’m constantly repeating myself. Her texting addiction is starting to destroy our friendship. If you can’t talk and have fun with some one how can you be friends? Friends are supposed to listen to each other and be interested in what the other is saying. She needs to stop living in her little dream world and snap back into reality because she never pays attention to her surroundings and she’s gonna end up getting hurt like hit by a car while crossing the street because instead of checking for traffic she’s too busy texting. And it’s so annoying because when we watch movies or TV she never knows what’s going on so she’s always like “What happened?” “What did they say?”. It pisses me off because I always have to do a full movie recap for her. How hard can it be to watch a stinking movie.
BTW, I’m not saying I’m opposed to texting, I like to text myself. But not every second of every day! Especially when I have friends around to entertain me.

calmly explain 2 her how u feel, and if she gets mad tell her that its not only her problem (even if it is) say i kno i am overly sensitive to ur texting thing, but……
or try this work out that when she is w/ u she should try not 2 text or at least say, hold on a sec, text, phone away, but be easy 2 work w/ or u will go no where! Go get er`!!!!!good luck

just have your phone all the time and text her PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE ALREADY GOD, DO YOU WANT TO MARRY IT!!!
then again, that might make her mad….:P
