I have struggled with spinal problems for over a year;, hernated discs, desciated discs, arterschlerosis, arthritis.
My nerves have probably been damaged so much that I have very weak bowel signals telling me it is time to go.
However, Phillips Milk of Magnesia cleans me out every few days.
