What Happens to the Brain When One Eats Junk Food? Relate to Junk Food Addiction and Dopamine Receptors?

Question by Johnny: What happens to the brain when one eats junk food? Relate to junk food addiction and dopamine receptors?
I am trying to write an essay about junk food and how junk food alters the brain chemistry in order for it to make an individual addicted to it. I have found some interesting articles about reduction of dopamine receptors in the brain that support the arguement of how junk food makes an individual addicted .
Any help is appreciated
