And by that I don’t mean like 100 pills or something.
I just took two painkillers.. aspirin,paracetamol and caffiene it said on the box.. I can’t remember the exact dosage or whatever mg they are.
I can still FEEL pain so will there be any harm in taking two more?
How much is too much?

you get tired and maybe giddy. mostly just tired thought. theyll help you fall asleep so you can sleep the pain away! xx

Make sure that there isn’t acetaminophen in the pills. Otherwise it’s probably fine, but there is a risk. Give it a little time though, they may have not had time to fully work.
Things like ibuprofen can usually be doubled, but never double the dose of things like Tylenol or NyQuil. If you take too much of anything, it starts to eat away at your liver, your liver shuts down, you go to sleep and never wake up. That amount of damage depends on your liver, not anyone else’s. So there’s not a magic number.
