I get very congested and always have trouble breathing. I shoot up a lot. Which I know isn’t goodI have tried to quit before. I went a week without it and I just seemed to be worse. Runny noise and congested. What could I do to help. I have been using ageing for years and I have to stop.

Go to an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor (ENT). They will prescribe you something to clear your nose up and tell you not to use the Afrin any more. For further knowledge, you shouldn’t use Afrin more than 3 days at a time. If your stuffy/runny nose lasts longer than that it is probably some kind of illness. Good luck with your nose!
