I am so addicted to fast food and really want to stop eating it but I crave it all the time. I eat it just about every day. Im not overweight but I know fast food is bad for your health. I just cant stop eating it though. Any ideas of how to get this out of my system?

I would recommend weening your self off of fast food. Don’t go ‘cold turkey’. You can do this two different ways, do not frequent fast food as often or make different food choices when you go there such as salads, or other health choices that are available.
You are most likely addicted to the carbs, you need to start moving away from processed foods (white bread, soda diet or full sugared, and processed meats). It will take some time, but once you make the transition you will feel much better.
