I am overweight and want to be more healthy and lose some pounds but I am addicted to food..,What is a start on the path to eating healthy and stopping this food addiction? Some mental way to stop or any ideas?

Have a plan. Plan out your meals and snacks (roughly). Also, whenever you feel like eating, have a subsitute activity, like, reading, or if you want to lose weight, perhaps, going for a jog or a walk. Good luck. 🙂

hey! so, i eat way too much, and am always hungry. the thing i do is eat a super nutritious breakfast, like eggs, whole wheat toast, an avocado, and orange juice. that way i’m not hungry until lunch so i don’t snack as much. then i eat a sandwich and some unsalted popcorn (really yummy btw) and a banana smoothie for lunch. if you drink a lot of water, you won’t be as hungry too! so stay hydrated and buy a super cute water bottle to lug around:) and just don’t think about it!! instead think about saving your appetite for a super delish dinner. that way you’ll enjoy food more and train yourself not to think about eating 24/7! good luck! hope this helps
