Is it possible to sue for pharmacies filling prescriptions early causing addiction? This good friend of mine has been getting his prescription refilled 2 and even sometimes 3 weeks early. She is now addicted to the prescription and does anything to get them. Is there any way to sue the pharmacies that filled the prescriptions so early multiple times?

The pharmacy did not make her take the prescriptions she filled. She made that choice on her own.

She might be able to file a malpractice suit against the Dr. who wrote the prescriptions. The pharmacy has checked with him and is following his orders.
