I try to eat and drink alot but its only been 4 days and i nearly bought it so many times. I gave my pipe to my friend for the moment, but kinda thinking bout just buying another and getting some g. I always been shaky and having sudden impulsed and urges to buy it. My mind is always thinking about it cause i love everything about it. What can i do to ease the cravings? its not fair heroin addicts get methadone but meth addicts dont get shit.

I know its hard, Ive been there. Stick to it!! It SUCKS right now, but it will get better. I promise. There is no magical cure for the cravings. Everyone has to deal with them on one level or another. It pays off in the long run. You wont feel like this forever and your quality of life will go up 100%!!

You asked what you can do to cope, and the best , easiest, quickest, cheapest thing you can do is to call a rehab place near you and talk to them, and ask them where the narcanon, alcoholics anonymous and what other resources are in your area , and then go there , get a sponser and talk it all out with them.
You can also talk to those who are treating you, since that is what they are there for.
‘love everything about it’ , do you love the way it is completely controlling your every thought, the way it is messing up your life and everyone you know along with you, or the way it is damaging your brain and body, or the way it is harming you in every way? Taking your true friends? Your family?
Harming people you steal from? Do you ‘love’ all that?
