i don’t think it’s the “coffee” itself. you are more likley addicted to the caffine. ease your way off. have a half cup of coffee a day. or have tea with caffine. have another beverage with caffine in it. but watch out…cuz i stopped having coffee one time and i had the wickedest head ache in the after noon. cuz i was so used to the caffine.
