It seems like positive reinforcement is not enough. Is it possible to have that person banned from all casinos?

Gambling addictions are just as dangerous and serious as other addictions and they stem from emotional problems. To help someone they need to be willing to help themselves. Usually it requires the help of a professional that can develop an appropriate treatment plan for the individual. Don’t take the addition lightly, I’ve seen it ruin lives!

Basically, that person has to realise they have a problem, and want to do something about it, for much chance of success. Sometimes family and friends can have a successful intervention. I’m unaware of the local laws.
