I have a problem right now and as I write, I am holding back the urge to return to my games. Anyone knows how to remedy such “illness”?

the cause is playing to much durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr….throw away your system that will fix you right up go ride a bike or something i never see kids ride bikes anymore or playin board games…

People can become addicted to anything in the world–including Yahoo! Answers.
I’m afraid that you will need to speak to a pro, as if I recommend alternatives to video games to you–most likely you will become addicted to one of them.
