Limit yourself to an hour a day. Not easy to do, but it’s all you can do other than giving them up completely.

Depending on the game, there are parental controls that you can use to limit your game time. You can set it up so that you can only play a certain amount of minutes per day/week. Once you reach that limit, the game will not allow you to play again until the next day/week. Don’t be afraid to use those.
