Okay, I’m a teen. I go online too much and I just noticed it. So what should I do to stop this? Anyways to stop this?
definition of Screen addiction: Going online too much, watching TV too much, texting too much & etc.

Completely normal these days. Teens cannot exist socially w/o texting/IM’ing or otherwise staying wired and tuned in to something.
Don’t sweat it too much. Try to get some of your buddies and do something that doesn’t involve technology. Like going for a hike or something.
