Question by s.g.: i need a new vice/ addiction!?
i quit popping pills 2 years ago i was pretty much an alcoholic and now drink once in a great while and never get wasted. so smoking cigs is my only vice since i told myself no getting wasted or anything else. however i want to quit smoking really badly and now i have electronic cigarettes. im fearing that once i stop smoking cigs i will have no vice officially and ill go crazy! any ideas?

My belief is that is perfectly acceptable to have a vice. As long as it makes you feel better, relaxed, calm, etc. The only problem is that if your like me, this can turn into addiction. I think it makes you a real human being to have that one crutch or need. Nobody is perfect. If you quit smoking (which I choose to be my vice) try to find a positive,a way of growing or maturing as a human being. I wish you luck.

Well if that happens I suggest picking up the substitute cigarette again and smoke only the zero nicotine cartridges. I know people who have been smoking them forever, well since they came out. I know this might sound funny but make sure to keep your hands busy and mind of things. Try reading to keep your mind off things… You know learn a new hobby…scrapbook, knit, paint, draw, garden… Something you enjoy..And congrats on quitting pills and smoking. Both very hard to do!!!
