What Illnesses/medical Problems Can Cause a Person to Just Drop Dead One Day?

Question by Man: What illnesses/medical problems can cause a person to just drop dead one day?
I had a perfectly healthy friend, who one day just didn’t wake up after a nights sleep. He was 18. Do you have any idea what this could be? If you could list a few possibilities of this I’d be grateful.

Thanks.

sleep apnea
mitral valve issues
drug interation ( anaphylactic shock)
some sort of trauma that can cause internal bleeding

I’m sorry for your loss. I know it’s very hard. Because of his age and I’m sure they find it to be suspicious they will do an autopsy to determine cause of death which can take 24 hour or longer .
