Am I Creating an Addiction?

Question by : am I creating an addiction?
Usually I’m distant with my family and we get along just fine but every time my dad loses his patience with me and says something that gets me mad I take about 2 or 3 tylenol caplets. I prefer the ones for colds ’cause they make me sleepy and I’ve never gone over the limit of dose per day but lately I’ve been taking 4 at a time. I’m not dependent of them, it’s just a habit, but is it possible that it may become an addiction?

believe it or not, nearly anything can be addicting, especially when talking about drugs.

The addiction may not be severe, but there will be an addiction present.
