I am . Just wandering if anyone else goes through what I do. I feel like if I dont have them I will just go crazy.

Millions of people are, but then the quacks and pharmaceutical companies they support are quite happy with that.
Killing pain does not need chemicals and drugs anymore, that is so out of date. Shame your druggie doctor can’t prescribe it isn’t it.

I had a small problem with xanax… not so much an addiction in the traditional sense, but it got to the point where I could not get a good nights sleep without taking xanax before bed.
I finally said to myself…damn… this is retarded. I can’t do this anymore. So, I started taking half for a few days, then a quarter…then every other day & just weaned myself off.
I will NEVER go through that again.
