I believe in having a certain propensity for substance abuse. However, I don’t believe it’s a disease. I think they should find a different word.

it is not a disease of the brain yet when it is the first or second time. it become a brain disease if the person do not stop using because it will become addicting and that how is become a brain disease. they will believe that they need the drugs once they are addicted to it.
