I’m asking because my moms side is full of alcoholics and my mom is one.
& on my dads side is drug and alcohol addictions, and my dad is both as well

i dont think so, my mum is a alki but i hate alcohol

You are definitely more prone to becoming addicted to things, so I would stay away from alcohol and drugs as much as possible. People with addictive personalities can drink or do a drug once and become hooked. Be careful! If you don’t start doing drugs or drinking, having this in your genetics can not harm you.
