I have a severe runescape addiction. I have spent over $ 800 on RSPS’s and I am only 16. I play daily about 2 hours. I have been playing for 8-9 years now and it’s so addicting. I really want to quit because I play basketball for my highschool. I’m athletic but this game has got out of hand. I have used money off my moms credit card on RSPS’s. I have gotten very sneaky and use it when I’m not supposed to. it’s so hard to quit. it’s all I think about at school and home. I constantly watch youtube videos and stuff. i hate it. please help me through this addiction.

Start by talking to your parents, support is important.

You can go cold turkey like any other addict does…
Or you can wean yourself off. 2 hours today, 1 1/2, tomorrow, and so on.
Too much video stuff actually damages your brain. Play real games instead (sports)
