I have to watch at least once a day. I know it’s wrong. My bf also used to be addicted, and we’ve talked about it. He stopped. I can’t. I don’t know how to kick it, and I don’t know how to ask him for help. He’d be disappointed. I promised 🙁

Well, I just substitute anything “dirty” with something incredulously violent. Such as Fallout 3/NV or Call of Duty. Or watch other movies.
