I can’t eat a day without chocolate…anyone have some good psych ideas to stop?
I just read my question, after I’ve been able to collect my thoughts after binging…sorry it’s so dumb. I meant addiction, and that I couldn’t go a day without eating candy…

drink grapefruit juice. it will kill the craving
