How Long Is a Smoker Able to Go Without?
Question by Darrell: How long is a smoker able to go without?
I have had addictions of my own, but I have never expirenced the stimulation of tobacco. In the addictive habits I had, not doing it for a day is simple. After two days, it can be hard to resist. But by three days, the resistance is no match for me and I would not ever be able to go three days without it.
So with Smokers, I understand having a quick cigarete rate can relieve the urge and are then able to go without thinking it for a while, but how long until the urge catches up with them and they can not resist anymore?

You can always resist if you really want to and that is the real point.
I smoked 40 a day for at least 20 years until I stopped. I gave up 12 years ago but I know that if I smoke just one I’ll probably be back to where I was.
It is possible, but you need will power and take one day at a time.
