How to Get Over a Food Binge?
Question by Slice: How to get over a food binge?
I’ve been trying insanely hard trying to cut my addictions to bad food. I’ve been exercising and dieting for around 3 weeks, mainly trying to cut my carbs down to very little intake. Last night I ate a whole large pizza and like 8 chocolate cookies. I feel awful, sick, and even worse, I’m really hungry and want to go stuff myself again. I feel like giving in opened the door to keep doing it.

just remember why your dieting. if you’re hungry, drink water and go for a walk, there’s a reason as to why you’re dieting in the first place and if you binge, you’ll feel awful and sick like you do right now

Your body needs carbs, that’s what gives it energy, you binged because you’ve cut your carbs “to very little intake”.
You obviously know nothing about health and nutrition, talk to a dietician before you make yourself sick.
