It all started when I was younger, I would always chew on the hangnails around my fingers. Now it’s gotten to a point where I’m addicted and I simply cannot stop. People always ask what happened to my finger and it is more than embarrassing to explain every time. I would really like to stop- My fingers are always swollen and sometimes start bleeding.
