So basically I find myself on facebook during my spare time. I play sports and am on student council and many other activities, but everytime I have a spare second I’ll go on facebok. And I try to do homewok and then nothing gets done and I’m on facebook. I just can’t stay off. I don’t play games and I try to stay off chat. But I’m inboxing, posting and browsing. I feel like my grades are falling and I feel pathetic like facebook is controling me… And deactivation isn’t a possiblity because student council relies on facebook for updates and information. So can someone help me?

well this is what happends to me but afterwards when your done with facebook just go back to work and sometimes i just go on facebook then do whatever i do and then do my work
