My mom told me to ask this question here for her because she has been addicted to laxatives for years now and wants to get off of them but is having a hard time doing so. One thing that makes it hard for her to quit is she has Irritable Bowel Syndrome and has a lot of trouble with her stomack and bowels and another thing is that she has a very addictive personality and gets addicted to thing very easily and has a hard time stopping. so does anyone here have any tips that may help her in quitting laxatives for good. Thanks.
