I Get Addicted to Everything?
Question by Hellooo: I get addicted to everything?
Its like I need to have something to be obsessed with! I get addicted/ obsessed really easily to food, alcohol, smokes, dieting, exercise, music etc.. It will move from one thing to the next and then I’ll break it by becoming obsessed with something else. It’s like I can never relax. How do I get over this and what are some good things to get obsessed with?

well first check to see if anyone had an addiction in your family.i learned in genetics yesterday that addiction can be genetically linked and if someone in your family was an addict you might have the addict gene turned on as well which could possibly explain such an addictive behavior. you should really go see a professional on how to manage it. its really not good to obsess over anything…but i guess if you had to obsess over anything…get obsessed with eating healthy, community service, being a good friend, yoga?…(to calm yourself down) and by far the coolest get obsessed with doing parkour 🙂 (for the suggestions i know i sound all good and happy but those are the only things i can think of that wouldnt hurt you if you did it all the time…) but really try not to get obsessed with anything…good luck!!
