Is Longevity Determined More by Lifestyle or by Genetics?

But why do some people (like Patrick Swayze) who are also healthy (so I’ve heard) suddenly get mowed over by cancer? Did he have a genetic disposition to cancer? Is cancer really such a sinister disease that it can strike anyone at anytime, with no consideration to their health level?
