Whats the worst that can happen having a night without Alcohol?
I have drunk pretty much every evening for over 2 years to get to sleep and to relax my mind for sleeping. I’m getting fed up of waking up in the morning and not being able to eat or do much because It takes a while to sober up.
Doctors won’t put me on medication due to fact they can be addictive. Whats the worst that could happen not having anything to drink in the evening ?
I have heard bad things can happen because the body is so dependent on the alcohol, I get the shakes if It gets after a certain time and I haven’t drank. I drink minimum to get to sleep a 2 litre bottle of cider and a 500ml can which is 13 units of alcohol but usually it’s about 16.
