Post-traumatic stress disorder. I still suffer same symptoms as if i were still addicted to video games.
Feeling blue (depressed)
Memory loss
Unorganized
Irritability
Paranoia
Stress
Acne
Insomnia
Lethargy
Eating disorder
Lack of biorhythmic sleep
Lack of punctuality and priority
Lack of focus and concentration
Quality of life
Generally affects my daily life

Uhm, no. It’s not post traumatic stress. You’re probably already depressed/anxious to begin with and then started using video games to escape these feelings. What should you do? Stop playing the games so much and start working on yourself and ugh, acne is not caused by post traumatic stress or video game addiction.

No. PTSD is when somebody has recurrent nightmares/hallucinations about a traumatic event such as being raped, seeing people killed, etc. Nothing you describe sounds like PTSD.
