A mother who lost her son to heroin addiction is sharing his story in the hopes of preventing more tragic deaths. Diane Shepler spoke Tuesday night at the BCIU building in Muhlenberg Township. Her son Tyler died in December of 2012. Police say he stole pants from the Walmart in Muhlenberg Township and was hit by a car while fleeing the scene. Question by Keith Sheffield: Vicodin addiction and recovery questions.?
i am 20 i had been doing vicodin. since an atv accident when i was 16 (2008) taking it almost daily, sometimes id go a week without one with no problem otherwise just 1 or 2 a day, 750 mg pills, this past month i have taken almost 6 of those a day, and now i quit cold turkey about 2 days ago.. my questions are
a. will my body and brain ever fully recover? (ive been aching and depressed for 2 days and its horrible)
b. how long should the withdrawals last?
c. what can i get for pain thata non addicting and easy to get perscribed to me.
d. when will i stop feeling so tired and week and achy?
