Question About Treadmills? Please Help!?

My question is long..so please no stupid comments about that..

and it is kind of a dumb question but it is really controlling my life!

So over the past 6 months I’ve been trying to lose about 10 lbs and almost every single day I’ve been jogging on the treadmill for about 5 miles in 65 minutes…sometimes less.

But I’ve been noticing that I’ve been super hungry..or worn out so that almost every night I “binge” eat for a few hours…
Now, I wouldn’t give the up the treadmill completely..maybe just walk on it 3 times per week…
But I just feel SO guilty giving it up even that much…I feel like I could and able able to do it so I don’t have any excuse not to…

But yet, I do believe that the treadmill is ruining my weight loss because it makes me very,very, hungry or worn out physically and emotionally that I turn to food…

It’s almost like I’m addicted to the treadmill…I make special time to jog even when I have other more important things I should be doing…

Do you think I should limit my treadmill use and just focus on diet?

I did that a few years ago and I was the thinnest I’ve ever been, and I did walk on the treadmill but it was only like 3 miles per day at a slower pace and I really watched what I ate…

So what should I do? I just wish I wouldn’t feel so guilty about stopping at 3 miles or not jogging on the treadmill at all…when I know I could do 5 or even 6 miles…

How do I end my “addiction” to the treadmill?

Please be nice with the advice..
*I think the reason for my binging as alot to do with the treadmill..because it takes a lot out of me physically…but I know I can do it so i feel so guilty when I don’t…

Try not to binge eat because often times thats when you can gain the most weight if you feel super hungry drink allot of water,your treadmill time is just fine diet’s the only thing you need to worry about, lack of energy means you need more electrolytes so drink coconut water they work better then energy or sports drinks, just pause yourself if you feel you can’t do it then just walk till you feel you can start up again or stop and breath
