Its been a year. I cant stop. I feel like an idiot….it makes me feel numb. I wanna go to AA but im afraid id be laughed out of the building. I miss who I used to be. I WANT help. Where do I go? Real answers please, no trolls please. Im at the end of my witts and possibly sanity. Seeking help before…….

Well…. you could attempt to switch to actual weed, you might would eventually end up in jail but probably better there than dead when the spice gives you a heart attack
(I’ve heard many times on TV stories of people who died from heart attacks REALLY early in their lives cause they smoked spice)
AA or Rehab, etc is not there to laugh at you. They are all real people with real problems and the people who work there are understanding and non-judgemental. You should go if you can, the only one laughing or judging you is your own mind thinking that everyone will.
