It starts with you first and self-control. You have to be determined to want to stop watching the show.

Go out with friends more often to take your mind off it. Participate in extra-curricular activities; sports, clubs.

Realize that it is a fictional cartoon with absolutely nothing to be learned.

Trust me, my friend tried to get me to watch that, and it is quite silly. You could try to get a boyfriend, or at least watch something else.

Because there is nothing to be gained from watching a bunch of people running in circles with poor audio dubbing trying to find the crystal of bore bore.    Read more...

Whats the worst that can happen having a night without Alcohol?
I have drunk pretty much every evening for over 2 years to get to sleep and to relax my mind for sleeping. I’m getting fed up of waking up in the morning and not being able to eat or do much because It takes a while to sober up.

Doctors won’t put me on medication due to fact they can be addictive. Whats the worst that could happen not having anything to drink in the evening ?

I have heard bad things can happen because the body is so dependent on the alcohol, I get the shakes if It gets after a certain time and I haven’t drank. I drink minimum to get to sleep a 2 litre bottle of cider and a 500ml can which is 13 units of alcohol but usually it’s about 16.    Read more...
