Question by loving: How i can quit smoking and masturbation?
I used to absconde from my working hour and i use to watch porn pictures on my mobile mean while i use smoke biri or cigarette . . . And i become unable to control on my feeling and i masturbate . . Help it gives me a lot of stress even i want to run away from my service because of this . . This is the only place where i use to masturbate. . .

its only porn and cigarettes, ur not trying to quit heroin, so stop being so weak, be a man and just stop doing it, its not hard and its not going to kill u or cause u physical pain to stop it so toughen up and just quit it and start living a normal life free from the slavery of stupid addictions.    Read more...
