I am hooked on eating spoonful of sugar and I cant resisit. I eat almost 5-6 spoonful per day. How bad is it? What is the harm? How do I get off? Please serious advice only.

In medical terms, a substance is addictive if it:
• induces a pleasant state or relieves distress,
• causes long-term chemical changes in the brain,
• leads to adaptive changes in the brain that trigger tolerance, physical dependence and uncontrollable cravings,
• causes dependence, so that abstaining is difficult and creates severe physical and mental reactions.

My friend is extremely addicted to weed. His mom found out that he smoked and she started crying and she won’t talk to him. He now wants to quit, but doesn’t think he has enough will power to quit. He says it’s all mental. He loves it but he knows its bad and he doesnt know how to stop. He asked me to help. I want to help him but it was pretty easy for me to quit. Any suggestions?
but the thing is, there’s no problem. he just loves doing it. like he loves the act of smoking, just as myself. so i smoke cigarettes. but i don’t want to get him started on cigarettes to eliminate his weed addiction.

Is there any software that lets you permanently block porn sites. I want one which cannot be disabled at all not even with a password or anything; the only way you can get rid of it is by completely wiping your computer. PS. it has to be free cause i am underage dont want anyone to know i had an “addiction” to it. Please do not criticizer.
