Question by Man: What illnesses/medical problems can cause a person to just drop dead one day?
I had a perfectly healthy friend, who one day just didn’t wake up after a nights sleep. He was 18. Do you have any idea what this could be? If you could list a few possibilities of this I’d be grateful.

heart attack
sleep apnea
mitral valve issues
drug interation ( anaphylactic shock)
some sort of trauma that can cause internal bleeding

I’m sorry for your loss. I know it’s very hard. Because of his age and I’m sure they find it to be suspicious they will do an autopsy to determine cause of death which can take 24 hour or longer .    Read more...

If they are actively using, yes, paranoia is very common. They even realize that it is a bunch of unrealistic fears at the time it’s happening, but just can’t shake it. Locking themselves in a secluded, quiet place to use the drug is common.

The paranoia will go away, but they have to stop using the drug.

Question by E T S: My brother has a severe cocaine addiction and I understand that there are experimental drugs to curb this.?
I’m in Houston and desperate for answers and solutions.

Your brother has to want to stop.. Otherwise.. it won’t work. Contact some drug programs in your area.. Under the yellow pages. .Your local law enforcement might know of some programs that offer experimental drugs..

Experimental drugs are probabaly not availible to the public because the (******) FDA is very slow to approve these. If he has a severe addiction then if he tries to kick it, it will become a physical illness but its still his best chance.
