Question by Lady Raven: Who created/came up with the idea of using rubber bands to stop addictions?
Many people talk about using rubber bands around your wrist to stop addictions, negative thoughts etc. I was wondering who first came up with that idea- and are their any books that talk about it.
I am trying to find out who first used this therapy, how did they come up with the idea. Did they write a book about it. People know about using rubber bands to change habits but no one seems to know where the idea came from.

Trust, communication, a shared sense of humor, shared life goals, understanding.
Distrust, treating each other poorly, not putting each other first, bottling things up inside until you explode.
You calmly say “I want to talk about something” and then you talk about it. You don’t start yelling, you don’t start insulting each other, and you don’t bring up unrelated things from the past.
