I am 17 and have been addicted to Pepsi since was a little girl. It didn’t matter much when I was younger since I ran around outside and got a lot of exercise. However, about a year ago I went to the doctor and I have high blood pressure and I am considered obese. It’s not like I eat chocolate and I really don’t like to eat out. Almost all of the stereotypes do not exist with me. So, for the last year the Pepsi has been on and off. I am ready to commit to giving the Pepsi up for water. I haven’t been watching my calories lately but I was drinking 3-4 Pepsi’s a day. Say I substitute the calories in-taking from Pepsi with food instead, will it make any difference? I have lost about 2 pounds in the last week with the Pepsi but exercising also. The exercise is not the problem but I think I may be eating/drinking too much.Today I have not had a Pepsi. Will it even matter if I cut the Pepsi out? Thanks.
I don’t want to drink any Pepsi, diet or not. They are all unhealthy, so I am going to just drink water.

Okay, I’m going to make this as short as possible.. I have been dating this man for almost a year. It has been going great, we enjoy each other’s company and are in love. He has a beautiful little girl, she is fours years old. He has her full time and her mother gets her daughter a day or two out of the week. I’ve developed a really good relationship with his daughter, she’s awesome! 🙂
Now, I want to make this clear. I am NOT trying to be mommy.. I DO want to continue to have a good relationship with the daughter because she deserves to feel nothing but love from everyone in her life. Every child does.
