I’ve been masturbating for a long while now, at least once a day, and I was wondering if this causes depression? I’ve always felt depressed, but I’m not sure if it’s because of masturbating. Maybe I started becoming depressed after my masturbating “addiction” began. It’s not that I feel lonely… it’s just something to do when I want to pleasure myself and I’m bored.
