I have a girlfriend, and I lost my viriginity to her, I’ve been watching a lot of porn lately and I feel guilty when im around her, like i cheated on her, and i dont want to tell her how much porn ive watched and been watching. I have a problem connecting with her. I also have some problem with thinking about sex alot, kind of like hypersexuality, as I do have bipolar a little bit. I’ve been feeling sick to my stomach and have been unexcited about things in life, and feel like I’ve seen too much too fast. If you know what i mean. what do i do?
To Gee – Well I do, but she still is seeing it more sacred at this moment, so its rare, and we don’t have birth control yet, and I’m trying to stop, but I feel guilty like I have to tell her, but I don’t want her to freak out.

i know getting a GF is a great way to do this – but its best to let things in your love life take their own route instead of trying to love a girl who you don’t – it’s also cruel on them to start a relationship which has no chance of success
ANYWAY!!
please could you give me some practical tips on how to beat this – it’s making me feel guilty and generally degrades my view of sex and lust etc….
what are some good boooks to read/things to do???

Well, I just substitute anything “dirty” with something incredulously violent. Such as Fallout 3/NV or Call of Duty. Or watch other movies.

I’m a guy and I typically watch porn (for the purpose of self-pleasuring) about once every other night. Is this normal? I am not into any weird stuff, I just find myself almost addicted to it.
