Ok, I am seriously sick of this constant up and down weight gain and weight loss… My two biggest down falls sugar and salt, are there ways to avoid the cravings! Because when I’m craving my will power goes out the window. Tired of yo yo dieting, sick of trying to convince myself well diet pills will work, because truthfully they don’t! I have no problems with drinking water, eating veggies or having a regular exercise routine, because I attend kickboxing, and other strength training Cardio classes 3 to 4 times a week, sometime up to 2-3 classes a night. But the problem is my drinking, salt and sugar… oh and lets not forget about grease! I am seriously ready for the change, but I am weak willed, any suggestions
