My New Years Resolution Went Down the Toilet?
Question by two july boys: my New years resolution went down the toilet?
So i made a new years resolution to quit smoking(i didn’t actually think i would)…new years eve came and i got sick…flu and horrid brown mucus coming from my lungs! I didn’t smoke for about 2 or 3 days and now that i feel better (antibiotics from doctor) i went and bought a pack….i thought it would be outta my system by then but apparently not….ive been smoking since i was 16 and im 22 now……..will it ever end before it ends me?

My advice is this:
Just quitting altogether will be too much for your time to bear. I’m not a smoker but I’ve quit other addictions before.
Say you smoked 2 packs. Slowly go down maybe 1 cigarette every 3 days. Set a pattern for yourself but go slowly one at a time so your mind can slowly adjust.
