I have a group of friends who I hang out with, I’d say, at most three times in a month. They’re all 17-20. They smoke. A LOT. They don’t try to get me to smoke, they don’t push ANYTHING on me, but whenever I hang out with them I remember the scent of the smoke, almost as if it’s right in front of me, and it’s almost appealing. I’m seriously getting afraid that one day I’m going to want to just take one and smoke it.
I can’t smoke. I’m a singer, I’m an actress, I don’t find smoking morally wrong or anything, I don’t judge smokers, I just don’t want to get involved with it. It’s that simple. My friends understand.    Read more...

Strong Will Power !!! It is you who started the habit and it is you who will break it. Be your own Master. Let not evil habit enslave you.

Simple. Stop smoking cold turkey. Don’t let them sell you the poison as well as the cure. In you can hold out, after a week or two, the chronic cravings will be gone.
