Question by Antonio R: Should I cut back on smoking and start drinking more?
I smoke at least two ciggs a day. And well the reason I smoke is to relive some depression I might be feeling. So I was think is it better to cut back on that and just start drinking more? Last night I started drinking from 12:00 a.m. Until 4:00 a.m. and no one was at home so even though I felt drunk I did no real damage but I did get a hang over the next day. I’m only 19 and I think I’m heading towards a break down. What should I do?

Smoking and drinking is not the answer. Yes you did do damage last night as alcohol is very very hard on all of your organs. Smoking is also not good. How about seeing your doc for a diagnosis and treatment?    Read more...
